Full job description

SEERS Medical Ltd is the leading UK Manufacturer of Medical Couches, Treatment Tables and Ergonomic Seating. Products are designed & manufactured at our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk.

We believe that our staff are our greatest assets and we aim to provide an environment in which people give their best effort.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to act as a welcoming face and first point of contact for our staff, clients and visitors. The role also involves providing administrative support for various departments; particularly Logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting staff and visitors onto site and issuing security passes as necessary
Accepting and distributing incoming mail
Answering the telephone and directing calls
Monitoring any required mailboxes, responding to queries and forwarding to relevant departments
Assisting departments with administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying etc
Assisting with events and providing refreshments for visitors
Management of resources such as office supplies

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required

Essential

Previous receptionist / administration experience
Strong I.T and communication skills
Customer Service skills
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent organisational
Friendly approachable manner
Ability to problem solve and a helpful can-do attitude

Desirable

Experience of Sage 200

Hours are 7.45am – 4pm, Mon – Friday, with half an hour deducted for lunch. Salary circa £25,600 p/a dependent on experience.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our location every day.
