Who We Are

Allpropertyclaims is an FCA regulated niche business providing an end to end service for property owners to make a claim to their insurance company for water damage, leaks and fire damage. We will present the claim, survey and assess the costs of damage and negotiate a settlement after which we will carry out restoration and reinstatement works with our panel contractors. We are a small highly skilled team known and established for 14 years in the industry providing excellent customer service and concrete results for our clients.

Our service is FREE to clients as we cover all our costs from the building work approved in the insurance claims settlement.

The Team and The Setting

We are a team of hardworking and high performing individuals, all office-based in Wimbledon SW19 , working as a team and providing excellent customer service to clients who are making insurance claims for property damage. We operate at the very top of our game and nurture personnel who are prepared to use their own initiative and behave as owners in the firm .

Business Opportunity Targeted by The Role

There is a HUGE potential to generate awareness of our service to insurance brokers with clients who are property owners and need to make an insurance claim after fire or water damage from leaks, overflows or burst pipes.

What You Will Do

Create a Referral Network of Insurance Brokers who will refer clients so you can onboard them :

Build a targeted list of broker prospects by desktop research
Call insurance brokers with a large property owners book
Explain the service we offer to homeowners and property owners to deal with their property damage from leaks, burst pipes and water and fire damage under their buildings insurance
Arrange face to face appointments with brokers to explain the benefits of our service
Develop and nurture relationships with broker referrers to ensure a steady flow of business.
Explain the company’s service to referred policyholders and go through the process to onboard them as new clients
Once onboarded , arrange for one of our surveyors to meet the client and commence our process

Who We Are Looking For

Hungry, resourceful and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on getting in new business , earning commission and is used to sourcing prospects and making several calls per day
Established, active and current contacts with insurance brokers
Persuasive , skilled individual with a track record in selling a service on the phone and the ability to pitch convincingly
We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, energy and contacts to generate at least 5 claims a month in this role
The successful candidate will be an account manager working for an insurer or MGA and with daily contact with brokers or an underwriter at an MGA placing property risk and with daily contact with brokers.

Skills Needed

Excellent communicator who is convincing and persuasive
Relentless, tenacious personality with a can-do attitude
Methodical work style in dealing with prospects with rigorous follow up of leads
Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel

We will train the successful candidate on how to explain our service and point out its benefits to the referrer to convince referrers to take it up and how to onboard referred leads as customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a successful developer of new business with a proven track record looking for a new challenge with unlimited earning potential in a company which is an established player in the field. The OTE is in excess of £50,000 p.a. made up of a basic salary plus an exceptional industry-leading commission structure.
