The Role
As a Valeter, you'll ensure every customer, demonstrator and display vehicle leaves a lasting impression. From preparing vehicles for collection to maintaining our showroom standards, your work will help create memorable handovers and first-class customer experiences.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside colleagues across the dealership while taking ownership of your own workload and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle presentation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing customer, display and demonstrator vehicles to an exceptional standard.
- Washing, cleaning, polishing and valeting vehicles inside and out.
- Inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet Pulman's high presentation standards before handover.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following retailer, manufacturer and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting colleagues across the dealership to ensure vehicles are ready when needed.
- Contributing to an efficient operation while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll ideally have:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to manage your time effectively in a busy environment.
- A customer-focused approach and pride in delivering exceptional results.
- Previous vehicle valeting experience (desirable but not essential).
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
