Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting team management, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The Office Coordinator will utilise their experience in clerical and administrative, functions to optimise office efficiency and foster a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organisation for the team
Support team management activities
Maintain effective communication across departments via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as required
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Support document preparation, filing systems organisation, and general clerical duties
Assist in organising office supplies inventory and liaising with vendors when necessary

Skills

Proven experience in office administration or similar roles with strong organisational abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Professional phone etiquette with a friendly yet professional demeanour
Must be IT lierate
Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
Communication skills in dealing with internal personnel and external customers, comfortable with communicating with tenants / clients.
Conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
