Full job description

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team based in Benton.

We are looking for a strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Job Objective

To inspect, assess and report on the condition and suitability of the sub floor prior to flooring being fitted to ensure it is of a high standard based on NHBC tolerances. Must efficiently and effectively liaise with site managers and the office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect Subfloors to ensure the floor is within tolerance prior to installation
To provide reports on the subfloor
To screed and make good subfloors prior to installation with moisture reading taken
Be efficient in manual measuring for all relevant products.
Must have knowledge of floor fitting in all areas
Understanding the time requirements for all tasks carried out by your team and Sub-Contractors.
Must hold a current full UK driving licence

Other areas of responsibilities include:

Have an inspirational and caring attitude, honesty, exemplary role specific skills and product knowledge.
Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
Ensure effective communication across the business and with customers.
Ensure the business gives excellent service both internally and externally.
