Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dedicated and hardworking team in a fast-paced fine dining environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives during busy service, and enjoys working closely with a professional Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in supporting the FOH team by creating high-quality cocktails and beverages that complement our dining experience. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality and mixology.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beverages to fine dining standards
- Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and accuracy in every drink served
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist with bar setup, preparation, and closing duties
- Manage stock levels
- Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with guests

- Previous experience as a mixologist in a busy bar or restaurant
- Passion for cocktails, hospitality, and high standards of service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
