Job Overview
ReFRAME Wellness Club is opening it's first studio Monday, 18th May 2026. Want to be part of a growing community? As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at ReFRAME, you will deliver thoughtfully designed classes that embody precision, flow, and intention. You will play an integral role in shaping each client’s experience, ensuring every session feels personal, empowering, and aligned with our standards of excellence. We are looking for:

A confident, warm, and professional presence
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, community-led environment
CIMSPA recognised/certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with experience (essential)
Wunda Chair qualification or experience (highly desirable)

In addition to group classes, you will have the opportunity to deliver private 1:1 and small group personal training sessions, tailoring programmes to individual client goals and providing a more bespoke, results-driven experience.

Your Responsibilities

Lead safe, engaging, and expertly programmed Reformer Pilates classes
Provide hands-on guidance and tailored corrections to support individual progression. Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications for different ability levels.
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Maintain a strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement quality.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional studio environment.
Build genuine relationships with clients, fostering trust and community.
Uphold the ReFRAME Wellness Club brand, values, and client experience at all times.
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry developments.

Please note that this role will be self-employed. Instructors must hold the Right to Work in the UK, along with having insurance, certificates and relevant documents available for checking.

Pay: £30.00-£35.00 per hour
