Full job description

We are currently looking for a part time estate agency sales negotiator/administrator to join our bustling Sunderland Branch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent sales, and administrative skills, capable of obtaining high levels of valuations, mortgage leads, viewings and negotiating sales with ease.

As a member of our team, you will be required to use your own car on company business and for conducting viewings, for which we will provide a mileage allowance. Previous estate agency experience is essential due to the fast-paced and demanding nature of our office.

We are proud to offer our employees competitive on-target earnings of £13,000 per annum + , in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
