Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through expert hair styling and grooming services.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients the latest styles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Promote salon services and products to encourage repeat business.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are advantageous but not mandatory for skilled individuals.
