Directorate: Public Health, Public Protection, Engagement & Communities
Pay Level: £27,920 - £29,694 (fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
DBS requirement: Basic

What you’ll be doing:

Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems and making every customer interaction count? We are looking for a confident, friendly and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Service Centre and be part of a team that makes a real difference every day. You will deal with enquiries by phone, in person, and online.

You will bring experience from a customer-focused environment, whether face to face, over the phone or both. You will be a strong communicator with excellent listening skills, able to stay calm and professional even when conversations are challenging. You will enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships and delivering a high-quality service to a wide range of customers.

The role requires you to be well organised, flexible, and able to work well with colleagues. You will also be expected to meet agreed service targets and performance standards.
