Rosewood Solicitors is a boutique criminal and family law firm with its head office in Woking and other offices in Basingstoke and Reading.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to support our team based at either our Woking or Basingstoke office. The successful candidate will provide clerical assistance, ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills.

This role offers a competitive Salary dependant on experience and is a full-time position.

Duties/details of role:

· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the fee earners.

· Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

· Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

· Perform general office duties including scanning, photocopying, and document management.

· Must provide excellent client care at all times, in compliance with firm procedures.

· Manage client files as will be speaking with clients.

· Undertake audio dictation

· Any other duties as and when required.

Requirement:

· Proven experience as a Secretary, PA or Administrative Assistant (professional services or legal background preferred).

· Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable (Not Essential)

· Experience working in legal practices.

· Excellent IT and Typing skills.

· Excellent client care skills due to the sensitive nature of the work.

· Ability to work independently and prioritise workload where necessary.

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
