Envirotyre UK Ltd is a fully licensed tyre and rubber recycling company dedicated to environmentally responsible waste management. Based in Sutterton, we serve a diverse range of clients including garages, agricultural businesses, transport operators, and commercial sites, ensuring waste tyres are handled safely, legally, and sustainably. We pride ourselves on high standards, professionalism, and contributing to a cleaner, greener industry.

Job Summary

Due to progression, we are seeking another energetic and reliable 7.5 tonne driver to join our team!

Varied work schedules, no nights away, good working conditions with a successful company. Good rates of pay, inc monthly attendance bonus. No overnights, 40 hours a week (sociable hours). Good people skills/experience of dealing with customers. Manual handling/lifting of tyres involved. Covering Central and Eastern England.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 7.5 tonne truck for scheduled collections across various locations
Load and unload tyres efficiently, ensuring secure transportation
Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with legal requirements
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies during driving duties
Maintain accurate documentation, and vehicle records
Communicate effectively regarding schedules, delays or issues during routes

Experience

Proven commercial driving experience, preferably involving 7.5 tonne vehicles
Valid UK driving license suitable for 7.5 tonne vehicles
Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving
