Due to our continued success and growth, we require an experienced Paint Technician to join our modern, clean Accident Repair Centre in Bray, Berkshire.
We are looking for an experienced vehicle paint sprayer/prepper who is an highly efficient individual, as all work must be completed to the required standard. You will be a team player, but also be capable of managing your own workload.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out all types of vehicle body refinishing work, using appropriate methods on all makes of vehicles.
You must have your own spray guns and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Technician, preferably with prestige vehicle experience.
What you will need:
- Previous experience in Bodyshop repairs
- Full and valid driving license
- Good communication skills
Candidates must:
- be experienced vehicle paint sprayers
- have a minimum of 3 years refurbishment or accident repair experience
- have all paint spraying skills
- have your own spray guns
- be able to do most aspects of spray painting to a high standard
- be able to manage your own workload
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
ATA and/or NVQ qualification will be an advantage but not essential if you have the skills and experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repairs with strong attention to detail.
Full UK Driver Licence.
Strong time management and organisation skills are required.
Ideally qualified to ATA or NVQ Level 3 or at least five years experience.
Hours of work- 7.30-5.00 Monday -Friday. Flexibility can be discussed.
Rate of Pay- Will be negotiable dependent on experience.
Holiday Entitlement- 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.
