Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, and forward-thinking person to lead the growth and development of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands modern digital culture, and is excited about using AI tools to help build smarter, faster, and more impactful marketing systems.

You’ll take ownership of our content strategy, creative direction, and audience growth while helping make the business more AI-savvy across content creation, workflows, and communication.

We want someone who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas to the table, and genuinely wants to be part of building something meaningful.

#Key Responsibilities

* Lead the creative direction and strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

* Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform

* Develop content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals

* Identify trends, opportunities, and viral content ideas

* Build and grow online communities and engagement

* Use AI tools to improve content creation, editing, research, automation, and workflow efficiency

* Introduce new AI-driven systems and ideas to help modernise the business

* Analyse platform performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics

* Collaborate with the wider team to communicate the brand mission and story effectively

* Take ownership of creative projects from concept through to execution

# What We’re Looking For

* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn growth strategies

* Experience creating high-performing social media content

* Skilled in video creation, editing, storytelling, and content planning

* Knowledge of AI tools

* Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently

* Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and trends

* Passionate, proactive, and excited to grow with the business

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Someone who genuinely believes in the mission and wants to make an impact

# Bonus Skills

* Photography or videography experience

* Paid social media advertising knowledge

* Experience building personal brands or company brands online

* Graphic design skills

* Experience with automation tools and AI workflows
