The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel, home to 300+ luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, events and meetings spaces, a leisure club and spa. The Belfry has undergone a major expansion and renovation with an investment of over £80 million, marking a new and exciting chapter in our history. Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus service charge.

About the role

Your duties will include:

Taking orders and proactively ensuring guests’ needs are met

Welcoming all guests in a polite and friendly manner

Delivering a great experience from beginning to end

Confidently talking about our menus and making recommendations

Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
