Operations Support Coordinator
We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations Support team.
This is a key operational support role focused on providing day-to-day assistance to our field team of Business Development Directors (BDDs), veterinary practices and businesses across the UK & Ireland. You will help ensure our practices receive timely, practical and consistent operational support, enabling Practice Leadership teams to focus on delivering outstanding care to patients and clients. The role will coordinate a wide range of operational activities, provide administrative support, manage operational communications and contribute to initiatives, helping to drive consistency and continuous improvement across the business.

About the role
Our new colleague will coordinate a variety of operational activities, responding to enquiries, maintaining operational records and supporting the delivery of key business initiatives. Working collaboratively with Central Support departments, to ensure practices receive accurate information, practical guidance and effective support.
Assisting with supporting stock take administration, and attending operational meetings to take minutes, and will also maintain operational documentation, reviewing regularly and ensuring up to date.
The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to Business Development Directors, practices and veterinary businesses.

Coordinate and respond to operational enquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where appropriate.

Build strong working relationships with Practice Leadership teams and Central Support functions.

Support with stock take initiatives, ensuring information is accurate.

Coordinate operational communications, guidance documents and business updates for practices.

Maintain operational documentation, trackers, databases and reporting tools.

Support the implementation of new operational processes, policies and best practice guidance.

Assist with coordinating operational activities linked to business change and practice support.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Operations Support department to deliver a high-quality support service.

Previous experience within a veterinary practice environment is essential.

Based from our York Central Office with up to two days of hybrid working from home, once trained (At least 60% in-office) .
