We're currently looking for experienced Nurses (Band 5 equivalent) to join our highly skilled team of health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Here you’ll be involved with caring for children and young adults with life threatening and life limiting conditions, whether they are with us for a relaxing short break, emergency care or for end of life.

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role and be able to demonstrate experience working as an RN in the UK. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all employees and volunteers to share this commitment. Successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly Criminal Records Bureau) and asked to provide satisfactory references covering the last 5 years.

Salary - £29,165 - £39,081 plus unsociable hours payments.

Local affordable rental accommodation can be accessed subject to availability.

Naomi and Jack's are hospices supporting life-limited and life-threatened children, young adults and their families from across the central South of England.

Referrals for young adults outside of our catchment area are also considered.

Naomi and Jack's nursing and medical staff provide individualised care that helps to enhance short lives and supports families to make the most of their precious time with their children.

Jack's is the only hospice for young adults in the South of England. The medical and care teams offer specialist care, often over many years, and uphold the dignity and independence of young adults accessing the service.

Full lives, however short.
