The Company
Ashby Trade Sign Supplies Ltd is a family-owned manufacturer celebrating 30 years in business this year.
From our 32,000 sq ft factory near Basingstoke, we manufacture signage and sign systems for customers throughout the UK.
The Role:
This is a varied office-based role where no two days are exactly the same. Depending on the needs of our customers and the business, you may be involved in:
· Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
· Producing quotations, processing customer orders and maintaining accurate customer records
· Helping customers choose the right products for their requirements
· Following up quotations and maintaining customer relationships
· Supporting colleagues with a variety of office tasks and projects
The Candidate:
We're looking for someone with:
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Good computer skills
· The ability to build lasting relationships with customers
· A logical mindset and an interest in understanding how products work
Desirable (but not essential):
· Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, technical or signage industry
· Experience using CRM systems
The Offer
· £30,940 per year
· Monday to Friday working pattern
· 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
· Extended Christmas and New Year shutdown period each year
· Full training provided

The Hours:
Our business operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with shifts on a rota basis:
· 08:00 to 17:00
· 09:00 to 18:00
You’ll also have a 30-minute daily unpaid lunch break, with the option to extend it to one hour.
