Job Summary
Here at GR Groundworks & Building Services LTD We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions and exceptional customer support. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, streamline office processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a broad skill set in office management, clerical duties, and customer service while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, invoicing and to help management
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and team members with their needs
Support office management tasks including supply inventory, document proofreading, and record keeping
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and maintain organizational workflow

Experience

Previous office experience or clerical background is highly preferred
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and staff
Experience in customer support or customer service roles demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
