Fixed term basis for three months.
Production, Picking and Packing Assistant – 40 hrs/week, days shifts, 8am to 4pm - working Variable Shifts over 7 days (weekend and public holiday working as required)
Pay rate: £13.23 per hour
We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll help create our beautiful range of natural products including perfume, room scents, candles, body lotions and home cleaning products. Every product is carefully handcrafted, using only natural ingredients combined with therapeutic blends designed to enhance wellbeing.
This is detailed and intricate production work, making small batches from start to finish, mixing, bottling, packing and labelling.
Please note that this is a temporary position; however, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent, subject to business needs and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Assist in the production of high-quality fragrance products. Accurately make, finish, and package a variety of items with attention to detail.
- Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare customer and wholesale orders to the required standard, ensuring items are correct, undamaged, and ready for packing.
- Logistics Support: Assist with general logistics tasks as required, packing goods for dispatch, supporting courier collections, or helping with stock movements.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace and follow safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
- Comfortable with basic math's for measuring and calculating quantities of perfume and liquids.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a small batch production is a plus, but not essential
