Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Your hands-on approach

Duties

Operate production machinery accurately and efficiently to meet daily output targets
Monitor the production process, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch numbers and process logs
Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold hygiene standards in the manufacturing environment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall production flow

Qualifications

Mechanical knowledge or experience with machinery operation preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Ability to perform basic Math calculations accurately for measurements and inventory checks
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies
