Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our brand visibility. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, public relations, and content creation to develop their skills within a supportive environment. Duties

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Manage daily posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with target audiences
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategies and increase reach and engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence innovative and relevant
Assist in organising online campaigns, promotions, and virtual events to boost visibility

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media communication
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity
Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments
Experience in creating visual content using graphic design or video editing software is a plus
Organisational skills to manage multiple platforms simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
