Location: Corfe House, Poole Salary: £8,392.80 per annum pro rata (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: Average of 12 hours per week, working 3 days out of 7
Term: fixed term period of 14 weeks

At Student Roost, our Summer Caretaker / Painters help refresh and maintain our properties, ensuring they look their best for the new academic year. As a Caretaker / Painter at Student Roost, youll play a key role during our busiest season - supporting with room turnarounds, painting and decorating, and helping to keep our buildings in top condition. Youll work closely with the site team, tackling tasks with care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Painting & Decorating: Refreshing rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Maintenance Support: Assisting with minor repairs and reporting larger issues.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with site staff to ensure smooth summer operations.
