The Role

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented HR & People Operations Coordinator to support our growing team.

In this role, you will manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and contribute to a seamless and engaging employee experience. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and help foster a positive, supportive company culture. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative excellence with people-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day questions regarding benefits, company policies, and HR tools.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Conduct background checks and maintain accurate, compliant employee records
Own and maintain HRIS data integrity, ensuring timely and precise updates
Process employee lifecycle changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, compensation updates)
Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy updates
Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback programs
Assist with employee relations processes, including note-taking during investigations and meetings
Deliver training on HR systems, tools, and internal policies as needed
Administer employee benefits and support enrolment and queries
Collate HR data for ad hoc and monthly management reports.
Ensure compliance with legislative and company HR policies and procedures

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information with absolute integrity
Effective stakeholder management
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred:

Level 3 CIPD qualified or a Batchelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
