Warehouse Operator – Cladco Profiles (Andover)

About Us:
Cladco Profiles is a fast-growing family business specialising in composite decking, cladding, and metal roofing. With over 50 years of industry experience, we are a nationwide market leader, well-known across the UK by both trade and retail customers. As we continue to expand our Andover site, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team.

The Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse operative with good forklift experience, the role involves picking and packing orders, assisting customers with collections and loading a variety of vehicles from small trailers through to artics. Due to the nature of our products, a high level of forklifting skill is required and ideally experience in loading vehicles. Your main responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer orders to ensure timely and accurate orders are produced
Assisting customers on-site
Loading vehicles, including customers, our own fleet and haulage companies

What We’re Looking For:

A team player who is adaptable and proactive in meeting the needs of the business. Our staff predominantly work in pairs due to the unwieldy nature of the product we supply.
Great attention to detail
Flexibility to work additional overtime hours during busier periods and the ability to work Saturdays.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Saturday mornings on a rota basis (minimum 1 per month).
Overtime available, paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

Benefits:

Hourly rate of £15.06 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
1 Hour Lunch.
Access to Cladco’s performance-related quarterly bonus scheme.

This is a permanent role based at our Andover site, located at West Portway.
