Full job description

Location: Norwich

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,800 per annum with a performance-based pay review after 6 months

A higher salary can be negotiated if you have had previous relevant experience working in Will Writing and Estate Planning

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our estate planning company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling paperwork, and happy to support the wider team with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Printing, assembling, and preparing estate planning document packs for clients
Managing incoming paperwork, including logging, sorting, scanning, and filing documents accurately
Processing client documentation in line with company procedures
Maintaining organised physical and digital filing systems
Assisting with outgoing post and courier arrangements
Answering general administrative queries and providing basic office support
Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with printers, scanners, and basic office systems
Good IT skills (e.g. email, document management, Microsoft Office or similar)
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
