Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as the Airstream Café Supervisor / Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a vibrant, mobile café environment. This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional eager to showcase culinary skills, manage a dedicated team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the driving force behind our café’s success, you will oversee food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining efficient kitchen and service operations.

Duties

Supervise all aspects of café operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing coaching and training in food safety, culinary techniques, and customer service.
Oversee food production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of menu items.
Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
Enforce health and safety regulations across the kitchen and service areas to uphold food safety standards.
Create a positive environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Requirements

Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques; hotel or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments such as cafés or bars; barista experience is a plus.
Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding hospitality.
