We are seeking an experienced, highly organised IFA Administrator to join our established Chartered Financial Planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
The role will involve assisting with the day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with the Financial Planner to ensure the smooth delivery of client services and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Planner.
● Preparing new business applications and processing them accurately.
● Liaising with providers, platforms, clients and professional connections.
● Managing client records and ensuring CRM systems remain accurate and up to date.
● Producing client valuations and documentation for meetings.
● Chasing providers and monitoring business through to completion.
● Assisting with client reviews and annual servicing.
● Managing diaries, appointments and correspondence.
● Supporting compliance and maintaining accurate records.
● General office administration and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Essential Requirements
● Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management practice.
● A good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products.
● Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
● Professional and confident communication skills.
● Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and use initiative.
● Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with industry back-office systems would be advantageous.
