Amazon PPC & Marketplace Growth Manager

About Us
WWScenics is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of model scenery products, supplying customers through Amazon, our own websites, distributors and retailers across the UK and internationally.
Amazon is a critical part of our business, with over 1,700 active listings across multiple marketplaces. We have built a strong presence in our niche, with several market-leading products and Amazon's Choice products in key categories.
We are now looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to take ownership of our Amazon growth strategy and help us scale to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is not an entry-level PPC role.
We are looking for someone who understands how Amazon actually works and can identify opportunities that go beyond simply increasing bids or adding more keywords.
Our conversion rates are strong, our products are well-reviewed, and our advertising is generally under control.
The challenge is increasing visibility, sessions, market share and profitable growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to increase Amazon sales across our UK marketplace and potentially support expansion into Europe and North America.
Responsibilities
- Full management of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Analyse Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics data
- Improve organic keyword rankings and search visibility
- Manage advertising budgets and profitability targets
- Identify opportunities to increase market share within key categories
- Launch and optimise Sponsored Brand Video campaigns
- Develop competitor conquesting strategies
- Monitor TACOS, ACOS, ROAS and organic sales growth
- Analyse catalogue performance and identify hero products
- Reduce wasted ad spend and improve campaign efficiency
- Build reporting dashboards and growth plans
- Work closely with management on strategy and implementation
Essential Skills
- Proven Amazon PPC management experience
- Strong understanding of Search Query Performance reporting
- Strong understanding of Brand Analytics
- Ability to improve organic ranking and visibility
- Experience managing six-figure annual Amazon advertising spend
- Data-driven decision-making
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong commercial awareness
Highly Desirable
- Experience managing Amazon accounts with 1,000+ SKUs
- Experience in hobby, craft, model railway, wargaming or related markets
- Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Sellerboard or similar platforms
- Experience scaling Amazon UK and EU marketplaces
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and catalogue optimisation

Within the first six months we would expect to see:
- Increased organic sessions
- Improved keyword rankings
- Increased market share
- Growth in hero product sales
- Reduced wasted advertising spend
- Improved TACOS performance
- Increased overall Amazon revenue

- How do we grow sales profitably rather than simply spending more on ads?
