Join Our Growing Team

Williams Electrical Contractors (Cymru) Ltd is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Coordinator to support both our Electrical and Renewables divisions.

This is a key administrative role responsible for producing and managing technical documentation for completed projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering professional handover documentation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit MCS certification paperwork for renewable energy installations.
Produce high-quality Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for electrical installation projects.
Compile project handover packs and completion documentation.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and issued within project deadlines.
Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, electricians and office staff to obtain the required project information.
Maintain organised digital records of project documentation.
Assist with DNO applications and supporting documentation where required.
Support both the Electrical and Renewables teams with project administration.
Ensure company documentation is presented to a high professional standard.

Essential Requirements

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong administration and document management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience preparing MCS certification paperwork.
Experience producing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
Previous experience within the electrical, construction or renewable energy sectors.
Knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems.
Understanding of electrical project documentation and handover requirements.
