John Morse Solicitors are looking for an experienced secretary or personal assistant to assist one fee earner dealing primarily with Wills & Probate.

Must have conveyancing experience.

Duties include:

- Preparing correspondence

- Attending to clients

- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files

- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch

- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork

- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,140.00-£25,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
