This is a critical, multi-faceted role based in Swansea (working hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office). Reporting directly to our CEO, Jeannette Linfoot, and working closely with our Product Development & Client Delivery Manager, you will ensure seamless administration and world-class delivery across our entire ecosystem of leadership programmes - from our immersive Executive Edge experiences to the digital RISE Academy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client & Programme Support: Managing user admin, collating delegate submissions, and ensuring our clients receive an unparalleled experience.
- Inbox & Diary Management: Proactively managing the support@ email inbox and coordinating diaries to keep the business running smoothly.
- Presentation & Content Creation: Using your top-tier PowerPoint skills and creative flair to craft high-impact presentations and support client pitches.
- Growth & Analysis: Driving LinkedIn lead generation, analysing competitor activity, and tracking key performance metrics across the business.
✨ Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer satisfaction or administrative role.
- You are an absolute PowerPoint wizard with exceptional project management, planning, and organisational skills.
- You are a proactive, solution-focused team player who leaves their 'ego' at the door and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess a positive, upbeat, self-starting attitude and are highly trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- You are flexible to travel to and work from our Swansea office at least 2 days a week.
