Job Summary
(THIS JOB IS COMMISSION BASED ONLY)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services across various industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and driving growth in a competitive marketplace. The position involves travelling to client sites, engaging with decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting and networking within target markets.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present product offerings and negotiate terms.
Develop customised sales proposals aligned with client requirements, ensuring mutual benefit.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules, product availability, and after-sales support.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Prepare regular sales reports detailing activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback.

Experience

Proven track record in B2B sales or field sales roles, preferably within relevant industries.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within designated territories.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT systems including CRM platforms, MS Office suite, and email communication tools.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a challenging career in sales, offering opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,059.00 per year
