About You
-
3 years (minimum) experience in IT project or solutions role is required for this role;
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi-Fi and servers;
- Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks;
- Proven intermediate/advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers;
- Project management exposure;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and nail attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Design and deliver solutions, and focus on project work including Azure Cloud design and implementation, server infrastructure, disaster recovery and business continuity (not BAU tickets);
- Explore new and emerging tech so we stay ahead of the curve;
- Keep your skills sharp with ongoing certifications and training;
- Be a point of escalation, trusted by customers and team members;
- Communicate like a pro, in-person and on the phone so customers feel confident every step of the way.
