Job Advert Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Human Resources Support Officer (Change Management) in the People and Organisation Development Department.
What you will be doing?
To support organisational change programmes by ensuring people related impacts are effectively managed, employee voice and
engagement opportunities are maximized and that change is delivered in line with organisational objectives, legislation and force
policy.
Role Specific:
1. To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of change management practice to line managers and business leads.
2. To support business areas with the identification of the human impact of any proposed change, assisting to develop a plan to
minimize resistance and maximise adoption.
3. To assist business areas with the development and imbedding of change management proposals, including supporting
stakeholder analysis, communication planning and post implementation support.
