Are you confident, people-focused, and passionate about property? Chapmans is expanding, and we’re looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator who’s ready to build a career not just a job in a fast-paced, rewarding, and supportive environment.
As part of a friendly and ambitious team, you'll be the key link between clients and their next chapter. From the moment someone registers their interest in a property to the point they get the keys. You’ll be involved in every step of the journey. No two days are the same one morning you could be out conducting viewings at a high end property to sell or sititng the office looking to rent out a new property to market.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering great service, who enjoys meeting people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll need to balance a people-first approach with a sharp eye for detail and a good head for organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Registering applicants and understanding exactly what they’re looking for
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes in their best light
- Advising clients on market conditions and how best to market or price their property
- Negotiating offers and helping to close deals smoothly and professionally
- Building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Working alongside our sales, lettings, and property management teams to ensure a joined-up service
- Keeping your pipeline updated and following up consistently — you’ll be trusted to manage your time and take ownership of your own success
Who This Role Would Suit:
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-facing role
- You might already be in property or sales, or simply have the drive and confidence to learn
- A natural communicator who can build trust and rapport quickly
- A self-starter who’s organised, responsive, and motivated by results
- You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
