We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join our Health & Safety Team within the Human Resources group at Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our organisation's wellbeing and safety culture. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, service areas, schools and trade unions to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice in health and safety. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert guidance on all matters relating to workplace safety.
