Full job description

FRF Motors Limited is currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Consultant for our Mazda/DS dealership based in Swansea, with the opportunity to sell New & Used Vehicles.

We are looking for an individual who has confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. First impressions count, so they will be well presented and have the ability to build rapport quickly.

Essential attributes for this role:

Car sales experience is preferred but not essential
A minimum of 3 years’ driving experience with a full clean driving licence
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Literacy and numeracy skills
Customer service orientated
Fantastic communication skills
Positive attitude
Teamwork
Welsh speaking (desirable)

Training will be provided for the right candidate that is looking to improve their future career prospects and foster long lasting relationships with us at FRF Motors Limited.

This position is permanent, full-time hours with a rota covering seven days a week on a shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be necessary to complete a DBS check. The employer will meet this expense.
