VACANCY – Site Operative

We design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 60 years of manufacturing.
As Morgan Marine continues to thrive and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our Production Team with a Site Operative.
THE ROLE: Working as a two-person team, you will travel the UK to install our Steel and GRP buildings. You will have excellent all - round DIY skills and have experience in the building trade, preferably with Steel and GRP. With an in-depth working knowledge of health and safety requirements, you will hold a CSCS card or willing to complete the training required for a CSCS card and hold a current driving licence and be willing to undertake training to obtain other various site safety cards.
REQUIRED SKILLS: You will be organised, meticulous and able to produce quality installation service. Good experience with use of hand tools and assembly is a must. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instruction. Have good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, with the ability to follow instruction in line with Health and Safety requirements.
THE PACKAGE: Starting at £14.34 GBP per hour during your probation, rising to £14.87 GBP per hour after completion of 3-month probation and Slinger Banksman Course. Morgan Marine will cover expenses and training costs.

The position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment, as required by company policy.
