Job Description:

Overview

We offer a full time position 39 hours from our Killamarsh based office in Sheffield. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team, specialising in siphonic roof drainage solutions for commercial construction projects.

Duties

Reviewing construction drawings and project information.
Measuring and calculating roof areas for commercial buildings.
Designing suitable roof drainage solutions using proprietary software.
Preparing quotations and estimates for projects.
Liaising with internal teams and supporting project delivery
Managing project documentation and technical information.

Requirements

Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
Ideally have some experience using Adobe Acrobat / PDF mark-up tools.
Have good numerical and analytical skills.
Be organised with strong attention to detail.
Be willing to learn specialist industry software and systems.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous estimating or construction experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
