Smart Corporate Stays is one of the UK's fastest-growing corporate lettings, property investment and business education companies. We help landlords, property investors and entrepreneurs build profitable property businesses through our proven systems, live events and franchise opportunities.

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and results-driven Marketing & Digital Campaign Executive to take ownership of our marketing campaigns, digital systems and lead generation activities.

Your ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for our Discovery Days, 3-Day Training Programmes, retreats and franchise opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, conversions and return on investment (ROI).
Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage and develop our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM system.
Build and maintain automated email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
Create customer journeys, lead nurturing sequences and sales pipelines.
Ensure all enquiries are accurately tracked and managed within the CRM.
Produce marketing and sales reports to support business decisions.

Sales Funnels & Website

Build high-converting landing pages and online sales funnels.
Optimise registration pages and conversion rates.
Update and maintain company websites and marketing content.
Improve website SEO and user experience.

Creative Marketing

Coordinate video marketing campaigns for YouTube and social media.
Edit and publish promotional videos, testimonials, reels and educational content.
Design brochures, flyers, event guides, banners, workbooks and other marketing materials.
Create engaging email campaigns, advertisements and social media content while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Events & Brand Promotion

Promote our Discovery Days, 3-Day Training Programmes, retreats and networking events.
Attend exhibitions, property investment shows and company events where required.
Support marketing activities at live events and workshops.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maximise registrations, attendance and sales conversions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience building online sales funnels and landing pages.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
Video editing and content creation experience.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve campaign performance using data.
Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
Full UK driving licence preferred.

Basic salary of £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
Performance bonus with OTE of £40,000–£50,000+.
