We're looking for a Client Care Advisor to join our growing team and help deliver the outstanding service, warmth and professionalism that Highfields Vets is known for.

Whether you already work in veterinary reception, have experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or retail, or simply have the right attitude and a passion for people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Client Care Advisor, you'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our clients.

You'll help create an exceptional client experience by:

Welcoming clients and pets with warmth, professionalism and empathy.
Managing appointments, enquiries and client communications.
Supporting clients through both happy moments and difficult ones.
Keeping accurate records and ensuring information flows seamlessly between clients and the clinical team.
Helping the practice run smoothly through organisation, attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
Explaining our preventative healthcare options and supporting clients in making informed decisions for their pets.
Contributing ideas that help improve the experience of our clients, patients and team.

Veterinary experience is welcome but not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with transferable customer service skills and the right values, attitude and potential.

Working Pattern

Full-time preferred (40 hours per week).
Fixed rota.
Shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00am–2:00pm).
No planned out-of-hours work, although occasional emergency-related late finishes may occur.
