As our signage division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sign Fitter & Installer to join our team.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects nationwide while becoming part of a business with ambitious growth plans and a reputation for quality.
The Role
As a Sign Fitter & Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering and installing a wide range of signage and graphics projects across the UK.
You'll often be the final person involved in the project before the customer sees the finished result, making your attention to detail, professionalism and workmanship absolutely critical.
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and enjoys seeing projects transformed through their work.
No two days are the same.
One day you could be installing illuminated signage on a commercial building, the next fitting wall graphics in a corporate headquarters, applying manifestations to office glazing or delivering a nationwide signage rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing internal and external signage
- Installing wall graphics, window graphics and manifestations
- Installing wayfinding and directional signage
- Installing ACM panels, fabricated signage and built-up lettering
- Installing illuminated signage and lightboxes
- Applying vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces
- Conducting site surveys where required
- Working from technical drawings and installation specifications
- Ensuring installations are completed safely and to the highest standards
- Completing installation reports and photographs
- Representing Embello professionally on customer sites
- Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment

Essential Skills
- Previous experience installing signage, graphics or related products
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
