About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position, offering a mix of responsibilities including:

Helpdesk support (remote and on-site)
New equipment configuration
On-site installations at client offices
Project work across a wide range of technologies

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) support desk role
Strong technical problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
Proficiency in:
Windows 10 & 11
Windows Server and Azure Infrastructure
Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experienced in Networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Based in or near Leeds, with easy access to client sites
Willingness to undergo a DBS check

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Technically hands-on, with a broad and current IT knowledge base
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
Comfortable managing both day-to-day support and project-based work
A strategic thinker with a practical mindset
Passionate about technology and its role in education and business
Open to occasional out-of-hours work when required

Important Notes:

Office based Monday - Thursday. Work from Home on Friday
