- Customer Acquisition:
- Generate leads through various channels, including online enquiries & walk-ins.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' storage requirements.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our self-storage solutions.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas by utilising strong sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new business.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security measures of our self-storage facilities.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a determination to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of self-storage operations, security, and facility management is a plus.
