Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable CrossFit Coach to join our team. In this role, you will lead group classes, coach members of all abilities, and help create a positive and supportive training environment. You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging sessions while motivating members to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CrossFit classes and provide clear instruction on proper movement techniques.
- Deliver effective workouts tailored to a range of fitness levels and abilities.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback on form, technique, and performance.
- Educate members on CrossFit principles, training methods, and exercise benefits.
- Demonstrate movements and support members in performing exercises safely and effectively.
- Motivate and inspire members to achieve their personal fitness goals.
- Ensure a safe training environment by promoting and enforcing correct technique and gym standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional training space.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CrossFit Coach, Personal Trainer, or in a similar fitness coaching role.
- Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodology, movements, and programming principles.
- Experience coaching group fitness sessions and working with individuals of varying abilities.
- Sound understanding of human anatomy, movement, and exercise technique.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to adapt workouts and provide appropriate scaling options.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
