Laundry Assistant – Part Time

About Wemyss Lodge :

Wemyss Lodge is a friendly and welcoming Care Home in Swindon, Wiltshire, that has an excellent team who work well together. We have beds providing nursing and complex care. We are within easy reach of shops and local amenities, and easy access to public transport.

About the Role :

To provide laundry services in accordance with the current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Facility Manager.
To Maintain Laundry skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
To refer to COSHH regulations for appropriate action in the event of accidental spillages or contact with cleaning agents.
Promote a positive image for residency and employment within the home.

Wemyss Lodge provides competitive benefits, including holidays, pension and training programme.

Evening Role: 17.00 – 22.00 over 7 days to include weekend

Contracted hours: 20 hours per week

Work Remotely
