Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate Would have incredible customer service skills and the desire to drive the business and themselves forward.

Duties

Meet and greet customers to the business and take clear job details.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
communicating with mechanics and keeping customers up to date with the requirements and process of there vehicle.
issuing invoices and taking payments.
Communicate with part suppliers.
Keep up to date with customer reminders and self service programs like whocanfixmycar.
Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

confident communicator - professional phone manner and people skills.
Organised and reliable - someone we can count on day to day.
Computer literate - familiar with email and booking systems.
Proactive - happy to chase updates, and keep things rolling.
Must be fluent in english (speaking and writing).
Passionate - wanting to develop themselves for potential future promotions.
Willingness - to learn new skills and techniques related to the position.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
Full training will be provided.
