Project Manager
Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Commutable from – Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Tetbury, Royal Wootton Bassett, Stroud, Kemble

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering or manufacturing looking to manage exciting projects from concept through to completion?

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of specialist industrial processing equipment, supplying customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee customer orders from sales handover through design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and final handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you’ll work on technically interesting projects while collaborating with experienced engineering, production, and commercial teams.

The Role

Project Management: Managing engineering projects from sales handover through design, procurement, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Planning & Coordination: Monitoring project schedules, supplier lead times, project costs, and departmental activities while identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Customer & Stakeholder Management: Acting as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, freight partners, and internal departments, supporting installation, commissioning, warranty queries, and continuous project improvements.

The Candidate

Previous experience in Project Management within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with engineering drawings, BOMs, procurement processes, and project costing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Sage Manufacturing would be advantageous.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
