We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care. As a Wellhub Pharmacist Store Manager with us you’ll be combining your excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

You’ll lead the performance of your store, whilst keeping our customers close to heart.
Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
Building the capability of store teams
Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the most effective patient care
Provide immunizations and other medical services
Oversee pharmacy technicians in their duties
Assisting with branch management; maintaining records, tracking inventory, controlling stock levels and securing controlled drugs to maintain compliance

What you’ll need to have

To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character. In addition you will:

The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results
Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by peers, patients, customers and external local professionals

Qualifications and Experience:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a Master's degree

- NMS accreditation and Flu vaccination training required

- Proven experience in pharmacy operations management

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £ 50,000 -£66,000 per year ( Depending the Experience )

Reimbursement of GPHC fees in full
